STORY

My name is Maree, it is my absolute pleasure to meet you and guide you on this journey back to you, I have been on this journey of self healing for a while now and its my passion to be of service through guiding people back to love.

 

I have been in recovery from drugs and alcohol since the 13th of June 2014, I can't say it was an easy ride, but it was for sure the catalyst for my healing and ultimately my return to love. I designed this program to help you to do the work I wish I did a long time ago. Everything we need is already within us, we have just forgotten.

Our suffering and self destructive behaviors are often only a cover up of what lies beneath and its through this work of uncovering the beliefs and patterns that are currently running our lives and blocking us from truly loving ourselves, that we can learn to accept ourselves, have compassion for ourselves, forgive our pasts and treat ourselves as someone we love. You are a powerful creator, once you understand this, its a game changer.

WHAT IS SELF LOVE

Simply, Self-Love is love directed to the self (see self dash love).

 

Self-Love is the unconditional love and respect you have for yourself that is so deep, so solid, sounwavering that you choose only situations and relationships – including the one you have with yourself – that reflect that same unconditional love and respect.

 

Self-Love is a Path, a Practice and a Choice you make everyday in your relationships, work, health, wealth, home, everything.

 

Self-Love is the foundation of a Joyful balanced life.

 

Self-Love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our body, mind & spirit.

 

Self Love isn't selfish, when you have self love and you cup is full, you have the capacity to love others more.

 

Self Love is one of the most powerful practices we have to create the life's we desire.

 

Self Love is a unconditional feeling of love, appreciation and acceptance for yourself, no matter what you do, you always love yourself with the same strength.

 

Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.

 

Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.

 

Loving yourself doesn’t mean you think you’re the smartest, most talented, and most beautiful person in the world. Instead, when you love yourself you accept your so-called weaknesses, appreciate these so-called shortcomings as something that makes you who you are. When you love yourself you have compassion, self respect & self trust for yourself.

 

Self-love means giving yourself what your body, mind, and soul needs for the marathon that is life. It isn’t for pleasure and it isn’t chasing a physical or emotional high. The practice of self-love is the practice of nourishing yourself.

 

This is why, Self Love is KEY to a joyful life, think about it, if you truly loved yourself to the core of your being, would you really continue with destructive self sabotaging behaviors that bring you nothing but suffering? I know for a fact you won't. So lets remove the blocks that are in the way of the love of your life, your love. You came from love and you are love, we just need to reconnect.
